SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Online bill paying firm PayPal will open a technology development center in Scottsdale by the end of the year and hire more than 400 professionals by 2009.
PayPal announced it will locate its planned center in a new 92,000-square-foot building on the northeast corner of Mountain View Road and 90th Street, bypassing Scottsdale's planned SkySong technology park....

Okay, I'm seriously thinking about packing all of my email spam into a Zip file and selling them....someone should be making money from the spam. :-) Actually, I wonder if it's possible to spam the spammers....hmm...maybe go on an annoying website and register THEIR email address as wanting to receive information about EVERYTHING. Ahhh...I think I have a new mission.
